This is a simple guided breath relaxation, with 10 minutes of guidance, and then 5 mins of the music so that at the end you can either stay with the practice, or just rest out.

Although it seems simple on the surface, breathing this way just once a day can have profound effects on your body, mind and emotions, and the positive benefits build over time. I consider this practice a crucial building block in all the work I offer.

The mind in it's complex "thinkings", wants to make things complicated and cannot believe the simple power of breath on our wellbeing, but I believe in simplicity, and creating simple, "doable" practices, and the science bears this out too.

For those who can't meditate, do this instead; breathwork makes that connection much easier; I know it did for me and I know it does for the many clients who use this practice for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery and just to create 10 minutes of kindness, relaxation and self care in their day. Your nervous system will thank you for it!
