She loves to teach clients empowering practices, that help them realise the power of their body/mind to heal & restore balance. She teaches Breathwork &TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), working online and face to face from her studio near Bath. She lives with her husband, children & her dog, Tigi.
